Introduction
Vishal Amin and Alex Pellew co-founded UNTIL in 2022 with the vision to become the first members club and workspace for health and wellness professionals.
Addressing the high cost of access to facilities and equipment, UNTIL’s revolutionary model would put the power back in the hands of self-employed practitioners looking to grow their business; creating opportunities for better care, and lives saved, in the process.
With the launch of the first UNTIL in Soho, their business grew — and so did their offering. It was in preparation for the launch of their Liverpool Street location that they sought out a strategic technology partner; one who could simplify their operation and create cutting-edge solutions that would benefit members. All the while maintaining their position as industry disruptors and market leaders.

THE CHALLENGE
Deliver an exceptional digital member experience and advice on software and hardware
The success of the first UNTIL in Soho put the plans of a second site in motion, just months after opening its doors.
Much like its flagship location, UNTIL Liverpool St would house industry-leading facilities including a 2200 sq. ft state-of-the-art gym, treatment rooms, high-end changing rooms and a member’s lounge. It’s a sizable operation that would rely on a high level of technological integration to support day-to-day management; while providing members with a seamless, premium experience. Up until this point, UNTIL had been managing their technology needs in-house, in partnership with multiple suppliers.
As momentum accelerated and membership grew, so too were their requirements. They were running into issues, and the opening of a second site gave them the opportunity to seek a better solution.

The Solution
Working closely with their fit-out and project management teams, Office Ready Technology (ORT) took a 360° approach to delivering multiple bespoke and holistic technology solutions tailored to UNTIL’s exact requirements. This included advising on the latest software and hardware, identifying areas which could be streamlined and simplified, while uncovering cost-effective providers from ORT’s trusted network of partners.
In less than 3 months, our experts were able to deliver multiple, cross-functional solutions for UNTIL including capacity and occupancy usage sensors tracking footfall and equipment use, to smart video surveillance, digital signage, high-speed resilient internet connectivity and more. The data acquired from this technology enabled the build of a unique digital ecosystem pipeline, alongside a full-service digital hub for UNTIL’s members.
Following the launch of UNTIL Liverpool St, ORT supported the company’s technology requirements for a new location. At 8,500 sq. ft, the club in Marylebone expanded their offering to dentistry practitioners through the facility’s next generation dental rooms.
