Phoenix House:
Phoenix House delivers premium, fully managed workspace in the heart of London’s thriving Borough High Street, only minutes’ walk from both London Bridge and Borough stations. A comprehensive refurbishment of this 1960’s office building brings back to life the very best of the era’s iconic design detail from architecture, internal finishes and furniture.
Embassy Tea House:
Opened in 2019, Embassy Tea House in Southwark is set over five floors and was converted from a tea warehouse. It exudes a contemporary feel with its boutique hotel-style reception and meeting spaces, complemented by features of exposed brick and steel, spacious upper floors, and an abundance of natural light.
